  • All regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.
  • Sale items, promotional items, or custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.

3. Reasons for Exchange

Exchanges are allowed for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged products

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement product to you.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us for an exchange.
  • If the item was defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are non-exchangeable:

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered
