- Products must be in the original packaging.
2. Items Eligible for Exchange
- All regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.
- Sale items, promotional items, or custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.
3. Reasons for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed for the following reasons:

- Defective or damaged products

4. Exchange Process

5. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us for an exchange.
- If the item was defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items

- Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered
